Shown is a pic of 4 throwing knives. The bottom one was given a Black Parkerized finish; the top 3 were sandblasted and oiled.
I've been throwing these 4 for the past few weeks; I'm guessing each knife got about 100 to 200 throws. Target was a 2" x 12", surrounding area was concrete and stone.
As you can see, the parkerized finish is holding up pretty well.
