Here's some comparison pictures with the Atom, Mini OG, and my newly arrived WE Esprit.

I like the look of the Esprit, it's almost like a front-flipper (with thumbstuds) version of the discontinued Kizer Gemini (the framelock one). WE absolutely crushed it with the Massdrop Keen, so I expect this one will be great.

I like the Atom, and for a while it was all I carried, but only after the framelock conversion.
For what I had put into it, I should have just gotten the WE Esprit, very similar knife to what I ended up with.
I've had Laconicos, but not a Monterey Bay model per se, they're solid, but I find myself carrying other knives in that slim framelock category.

That's pretty slick. Would you mind telling us where you got the framelock conversion? Or did you make it yourself? Nice work, either way!
