I don't know... by the time something's seen that much use, it's gotta be pretty special to the owner. If that was my knife and I had put it through it's paces like that I'd be too attached to it to send it back to be repaired/replaced.

I can see that you would develop quite an attachment however, If you had it repaired/replaced then you could continue to carry it.

WOW! Definetely has seen a lot of use. Personally, I'm surprised that the seller managed to get any bids on it. $10 after all is said and done seems a little much for that piece.
