Evenheat Knife Oven help

Do any of you guys have the older Evenheat Knife ovens that were built in 2006 or earlier? Does/did it have 2 ceramic rods per side in the back holding the elements in? Have either side come undone?

To me it almost looks like the bottom rod/pin is held down simply by the top ceramic rod by force? To make a long story short, the bottom for some reason came out and doesn't seem to want to stay back in place.

Any advice?

Mine is older but only has one rod per side, from top to bottom. They are held in place by a hole in the fire brick on the top and bottom of the oven.

By chance are they broken?
 
You can get element pins to hold the elements in their slot. Check with whoever you got your oven from. They should be able to get you some.
