Mike Kelly mike@evenheat-kiln.com is a great guy and he realizes that heat treat on knife blades has a large number of 'correct' versions.
This company has bent over backwards for Knife Makers, so please give them a look. The 120V 15 amp circuit 18" deep oven is unheard of elsewhere and the options are just bonus. :thumbup:
