does anyone know how much 13.5 evenheat cost to run per hour.

The 13.5 is a 3120W oven, so you should be able to determine the cost by talking to your electric company about what you pay per KWH.

Not an easy question. It will use that maximum rate while it heats up (only if you tell it to). Once at temperature, it will cycle on and off taking only a fraction of max power.

I don't think it would run for an hour at max - unless you left the door open.
