I got her a Kershaw Chive last year for a stocking stuffer. It is small and looks nice.

I've given her a few so far...
When camping, she always likes to have a knife around, but doesn't care for the bigger ones I like (Buck Nighthawk, CS SRK, Ontario SP6), so I got her a Benchmade McHenry & Williams Outbounder, which she loves. It's very handy for food prep, which is her main responsibility around camp (mostly because she's just plain better at it than I am, in camp or at home!)
She also took a liking to the Victorinox Midnite Manager I keep on my keychain, so I gave it to her. (And then bought myself a new one... shhh, don't tell her she's got the "old" one!)
