Ever loose a knife?

Yep. Benchmade Mini Grip. Yellow handles, hollow grind blade with the Spydie hole instead of thumb studs. I'm 99% sure it got left in a hotel room. Unfortunately it wasn't until a month later that I noticed it was missing. She was long gone by then.

Yes, I lost a Benchmade Pika while raking leaves. I have a feeling it ended up it a bag of leaves.:(

Spyderco Salt 1. I had it clipped on my shorts and dove into the lake. Even bought the bright yellow handle to make it easy to see, but that's no help 20ft down and in vegetation. At least it's not rusting down there haha

Once found a Spyderco Dragonfly in my backyard, no idea where it came from. I took it skiing later that year and got home before I realized it was gone. I guess that knife was just destined to be lost!

When i was 18, I lost my beloved Vic BSA Huntsman. I was heartbroken, since I had had it for 7 years ( a long time to me back then). Since I already had a Leatherman PST, I went into wallyword, and looking for a knife, that was just a knife. I was looking at some OT stockmen, but then I noticed that the higher end Uncle Henry's were guaranteed against loss, so I bought the UH. About a month later I suddenly realized where my SAK was. I went to the lake, and found it half buried in mud, near the shore. It cleaned up real nice, and I still have it and the UH, and that was 20 years ago.

My buddy gave me a nice SOG PowerLock that he found on the side of the road. It's the good earlier one, not the crappy junk they've been putting out lately. I still haven't cleaned it, the pivots are a little rusty with surface rust, but it still works as intended.

Too bad the newer PowerLocks barely work new out of the box.

Well I made myself feel better about it by buying an Esee Candiru with a canvas micarta handle.

I lost a lot of cheap no-name knives before I started "getting into" knives. The river has claimed a couple of my knives also. And then theres the machetes that fell off the back of vehicles into tall thick weeds.

Spyderco sage 1 at my old job. I knew who took it just couldn't prove it...
I hate thieves!

Could've proved it with a club;)

Holy cow! Someone found my knife at work. Can't believe I got it back. And I have a new knife coming as well!
