Ever Lost A Nice New Blade??

My favorite knife that I lost was a beatiful Mel Pardue Gent's knife with the handle refinished by Santa Fe stoneworks with 2 beautiful slabs of malachite.
I would have ordered another, but you can never replace an interesting pattern of stone....
sigh. :(
 
Dang, Loveforsteel, Losing a Glock may some serious complications:D

Myself, have not lost a knife in my life, but i have wondered the same thing about fellow forumites since joining.

I imagine there are more here that have lost units, an not yet seen the thread.

Aswell, i wonder how many have found knives?

You know what WarRaven.... that is also a great ???? I have lost.... but I also found a SAK Camper way out in the North Cascades on a fishing trip with my Pop once. It had been there awhile.... it was still in good shape and I still have it. GREAT ??? :cool:
 
I lost a spyderco (which I found a year before in the trash) in a storm while crawling along an icy dock cutting docklines in 1989. I lost a gerber multitool in 1995 in lake Powell. And last week, My edc, a benchmade, was stolen at work. It was the first time in 6 months I didn't have it on my person...
 
The thief will rot in hell for stealing knives.
Especially a Benchmade,darn him.


Anyone else find or lose special knives?
