I'm keen on buying a Fox 599 karambit from TheUltimateKnife.com, but I've never shopped with them before. I've heard on the grape vine (friend-of-a-friend sort of thing) that they have lousy customer service, so I'm a bit hesitant to just jump in, but I also don't want to deny them my patronage just because I heard bad things from a distant, unconfirmed source.
Anyone have any personal experiences in dealing with this seller? Please do share!
