Every maker I have contacted has never responded

I have a custom knife I want made. Nobody has responded. Who can make me a knife in S30V or CTS XHP, 8 inch overall? Please pm me if you want my business. I have no idea how else to get this done.

Kieran Klein at Hammer Down Forge, I have found to have excellent customer service & a swift response. I believe he works with CTS XHP, but is willing to work in most steels.
He can be found here on the forums or very quickly on Facebook, under "Hammer Down Forge".

Not entirely sure if he works S30V but he does use some stainless. John at JK knives see his area on this forum, I bet he will respond to you and make your design at a surprisingly reasonable price.

I don't do stainless, but I always find it curious that when I respond immediately to inquiries they are always so grateful.
Communication is key - but often neglected.
