Everyday civilian or Knife aficionado?

Yeah - the beef we buy is pretty exclusively 100% grass fed. Too bad your spread is so far from where we live! :-(
 
Horsewright Horsewright one day I will have to come up, but my fatty maggo body tapped out long ago on that rough stuff.
I will just have to watch in the shade with some Corona's lol
