Everyone Robbed By Andrew Kunz (Great Knives Great Prices):
We should all collectively file a complaint with the local authorities in Tampa FL. That way we will have enough of a monetary case to warrant some action. Here is his HOME ADDRESS again:

I spoke with him about 2 weeks ago in regards to an order i made over a month ago now. He seemed like he was getting the knife to me, but obviously not. He did not seem like the type to rip anyone off, but you can't really tell much over the phone. Now his voicemail is completely backed up, so you can't even leave a message. I am wondering if something happened. Either way, someone needs to handle his orders and send some refunds, i'm out $100. Has anyone else had any contact with him.
 
That's a shame. there are so many good dealers out there, why don't people just deal with the good guys that everyone knows?

He is a thief. Unfortunately, that is a cold hard fact. You have just been one of his more recent victims. I highly suggest you get on board with scottytoohotty74 up above here and get your small claims court case filed ASAP.

Perhaps you could keep us posted in here as the wheels of justice turn. It would be nice to see all you good folks recover your money back plus some.. And don't forget the additional, "Civil Restitution" $$$ you all are entitled to as well.. Make him pay, and make him pay well through the nose!

I'm one of his international victims. If you need any details of my order and when I was cheated, let me know and I'll send you details. I'm not sure there's much more I can do from this side of the globe. There are plenty of other international victims I'm sure could let you have details if it helps any.
 
I have filed at complaint with the internet crime police about a month ago...never heard back from them...but everyone take comfort in knowing that what comes around goes around....I will be visiting Tampa shortly...perhaps I will pay him a visit...lol
 
...You are not alone, as you can see from all of the complaints on here. I ordered a Spyderco Tenacious plain edge from this vendor at the end of October of last year and as of this weekend (2/20-22) I have not gotten this matter corrected. I made a simple mistake by not researching this vendor before my purchase, but this guy is making an apparently deliberate and concerted effort to keep this unresolved as it works to his advantage to do so, or so he thinks. I now have a duty to correct this matter with the legal means at my disposal, since he is not inclined to give satisfaction in this matter. I promise you all that once I get some results I will inform you so that you know what you can to get this man to fulfill his obligations as a businessman.

Also, if any of you have recently had any success getting your problems resolved with this vendor please let me know, as I would be more than happy to follow your example. lol.

I ordered a benchmade dejavoo and pre ordered 2 spyderco lum zdps back in March 2007. Still waiting after numerous emails. This was from Bladecrazy, is this another Andrew Kunz operation?
 
I was actually recommended to great knives by a member on another forum, i thought it was all above board, seems like it isn't, i certainly won't be placing any orders.

Hope you fellas who lost out manage to get justice, far too many con men around nowadays, sad to say the internet has increased their numbers 10 fold.

Amen! I've ordered several knives online and this is the very first vendor that I've ever had ANY trouble with; I made the erroneous assumption that this business was above board and scrupulous also. I learned my lesson. I got blinded by the low price and ended up getting bamboozled. Which is one of the reasons I signed on to BladeForums, so I can get some "word of mouth" concerning online knifedealers before I make more purchases. Thanks guys.

Andrew is just an honest, decent, and perhaps misunderstood college kid trying his hardest to continue the family business and bring honor to his grandfather's company.

Between advanced level ethics courses at school and running a high volume business entrusted down to him, it would seem some here are being waaay too harsh...

Looks like now that he is known throughout the knife community as a thief he is going to switch to selling other goods until he has screwed enoungh people that he has to move on to something else. Andrew is a real piece of work that needs to be in jail.
 
He's an active scammer. Lots of searches via Google for various popular knives return his website as a "Sponsored Link". So he's paying Google to bring him fresh victims. That's fraud, not just poor business practice.
 
In terms of the quoted below, I got the very same email from a COUPLE of forum members. This has nothing to do with Andrew Kunz. His Address Book was compromised by a Spammer.

If this is true then someone should report him to Google. They don't take kindly to scammers using their services.
