A few recent acquisitions . . .
First, a Spyderco Zoomer (5.2" M390). A very comfortable knife to hold with surprising heft, just a little bigger/heavier than the Serrata (4.63" 440C), that I also own. I actually prefer the Serrata but the asking price for the Zoomer was too good to pass up.
Second, a 9" serrated Forschner Victornox 40550 offset slicer to be a companion to my 14" serrated Forschner Victorinox 40642 slicer for use in the kitchen.
Third, a Gen 1 KnifeJoy Spyderco Slysz Bowie M390 w/o the Gen 2 lockbar insert but, while there's a little bit of friction between the lock bar and the rotational end of the blade, it's not what I'd call "lock stick."
Fourth, an original Spyderco Slysz Bowie CTS-XHP which is about as perfect as any Spyderco knife I've ever purchased.
The CTS-XHP blade has a mirror finish w/no evidence of any machine marks (unlike the M390), the surface of the Ti scale is smooth as silk (unlike the rough blue anno surface of the M390) and there is no feel of any friction whatsoever between the lock bar and the rotational end of the blade.
I also purchased a ZT 0777 off the Exchange yesterday. It hasn't shipped yet but I'll post a pic of it here when it arrives.
