Everyone's latest acquisitions!

Before contracting the disease, I had three or four knives. No EDC (I know, I know). They were (or are) made with Solingen steel, double lockbacks with antler scales and BIG. Boker 2021's.

Cue in one of my younger brothers, who's a knife and watch afficionado. He gave me a Wenger picnic knife, screwdriver, tweezer and teeth cleaner all in one package. Neat I thought. Then he sent me a pic of a Benchmade. You know, the one with blue "handles" and S30V steel. Weighs about a negative 3oz. How is it possible I didn't know about this? Carry a knife that didn't weigh 4lbs, require a leather sheath, belt and suspenders to keep it at the ready?

I should've known better when I started clicking around the interwebs and eventually landed here at Blade Forums. The first thing I did was look for the classifieds. Medford, Benchmade, ZT, Rosie's, Ritter's, Harsey's? Vas is dis?

The ZT 0640 started the madness. To make it worse it was sold. My knife was sold. So the search began. Fifty knives later, I'm waiting for my psych test results.

Say hello to Docjekl, the mailman and the brown truck for me.

ZT 0640 started the madness? That's a pretty good place to start and end.

Nah...no need to end. ;)

I forgot to post this new one from Monday 😅

* Griffin Co Series X EDC Folder in Bjorkmans Twist Damasteel, DLC Ti Bolster and Polished DLC Clip, with Black Camo Fat Carbon Fiber.

I have the Magnacut Stonewashed and Marbled CF version arriving today. One pic compares the size to my small Sebenza 31 that was in my pocket. Another Picture compares it to the size of the Griffin X Series EDC fixed blade in Magnacut and Marbled Carbon Fiber. I'm impressed with the build quality and edge on both.

Lionsteel fixed blades were on sale 😉

The M4 in Magnacut and M5 in 3V. Both come with pretty good quality sheets. Will be great for camping.

The Spyderco Endura in Supergold 2 steel. A massdrop exclusive. And the GB2 that will serve as a backup for my current user. The GB2 is one of my all time favorite knives!

Very nice! I have one on the way that's stonewash/burgundy CF. It's a totally different design, but I've been impressed with Griffin's Scout F3.5. It came with a complete set of hardware inluding a pivot and bearings.
