Everyone's latest acquisitions!

Bel Air has arrived. Gotta say this is one hella nice knife. Of all the thumb studs I own, this is by far the easiest to operate, and that includes the CRK’s, and that’s from someone who’s always preferred flippers. No wobbles anywhere, fit and finish is A+. Definitely one of the nicer knives in the little collection that may even supplant the Buck Sprint as my regular carry. I’m quite pleased.

Picked up at the PO today . . . a rarely seen Spyderco Red Persian . . .

which is the Sprint version of the original Black Persian from the Ed Schempp Ethnic knife series which are now both a part of my Spyderco collection:

The only 2 knives from that series that I don't own are the Barong & Khukuri that I've had chances to buy before but just never liked. 🤷‍♂️
I had both of these & the Kriss at one point. I could kick myself for selling them. Nice score.

One of my favorite folders in life. I have a bunch of Cold Steels, but this is the one I carry the most, and it's by far my favorite design from them.
I will likely end up in the same position. Andrew Demko gets a lot of respect for his locks, but IMO his handle and blade designs are always exceptional. However, I think Mr. Demko knocked this one clean out of the park. I like everything about the design. Handle is thin, yet completely comfortable in my hand. The blade profile is awesome. And I have no issues with AUS 10. Great alloy for a user.

Frank I’m not sure if you have tried one but sounds like the American Lawman might be exactly what you’d love also. Super easy carry and thin handle but feels like it was made for your hand well at least mine :) Very easy to manipulate the lock bar and deploy the blade and it’s definitely one of my favorite cold steel knives also with S35vn . I’ve got one and would be more than happy to send it to you to try out but I want it back lol not wanting to sell it I like it that much.
I’d be willing to bet you’d want this one to be a keeper. I highly recommend this one 👍🏻👊🏻

Have one in S35VN, and I like it. But I like the Air Lite better.

Flytanium's new model dropped last week: The Beef(!) and it's pretty fantastic, especially at its price! D2, G10 handles, and a really well tuned crossbar lock. Just got these in yesterday, and they're really good working knives. Chinese made, but after meeting these guys at BLADE this year, I'm fine with supporting them. This was intended to be an inexpensive working knife so they'd have something to sell folks who don't have the funds to buy their Arcade at its normal $200+ price tag.
