.........I've had the Civivi Gander for some time and wanted a less bulky kydex sheath, the original pancake model is fine but quite large. Also I wanted a different color and style. I ordered a sheath from a local craftsman I know. These are his pictures. The idea for the carry system is mine, I plan to carry the knife in the pocket of my trekking trousers, a paracord loop can be attached to the strap loop of the sheath. Paracord goes round the belt. This keeps the sheath upright in the pocket and prevents loosing the knife. If I want I can also carry the knife on my belt with a strap loop and a carabiner.
