I aaaalmost went for the Tigerstripe one, but this green just fit the knife for me (and the first one of these I ever handled was the original, this one), and I had to go with it. I look forward to pics of yours though, this blade is actually really large, so those stripes are going to pop.

I went on an Old School Binge ... I started with a Stingray (previously posted) and followed up with a Sidewinder II and a 1st Gen Tomcat. I also picked up a new vintage R.E.K.A.T. Savant in ATS-34.

Because it was Freakishly Sharp

The knife is a very nice size for me and his sheath work is well done too.

MKC Tactical line Battle Goat. Its like a laser beam. They market it as a defensive knife but I have found that its a perfect general use EDC. I like thin, pointy, full flat blades, and this is perfect. The handle is actually very ergonomic and works well in all grips. I bought it because I have one of their Speedgoat 2.0 models and really like it, but wanted something with handle scales. Its the same blade. I dont think of this as a tactical knife. It is really a bird and trout style of knife. Magnacut steel and I believe titanium hardware also means its gonna be great on the bass boat this season. At full price they are a bit steep, but they offer a GovX discount. I have a leather sheath coming for it as well
