Picked both up today at the post office and carried both in the office. Blown away at just how nice that are. The left handed Mnandi will be in the pocket organizer for next few weeks/months. But the 21 is gonna be the going out to dinner with the misses knife. Thanks DcDavis. Love them both.

Top: a Trestle Pines Gunflint model (in 154CM!!!)

Bottom: a VERY beautiful BM Bluestar from ChazzyP ChazzyP who’s a class act all around. A beautiful vintage BM I’m glad to finally add to my collection.

Happy Saturday, gang!

Thanks for the kind words, brother. I'm glad the knife went to you and that you're so pleased with it. My latest acquisition is your $, but it would definitely not be classy to picture that. :p Hopefully my next post here will be the grail that I'm getting closer to purchasing with your help. Enjoy that BlueStar, my friend!

I picked up this Buck 112 in Mastodon Ivory with a mirror polished blade..It was the last Custom shop 112 from Bucks old Custom shop and is "0136" shipped to a dealer in Virginia in August 1993. The second is a LE Finney "Tracks" one of a hundred last year. I collect and display 'Rare, odd, 1 of 1 customs and Prototype' Buck 112's at the Blade Show in Atlanta.

Had the itch for a wharncliffe blade lately so picked up this new cold steel kiradashi which arrived today. Looks like a mean little box cutter.

It's actually a bit bigger than I was expecting. Here's a comparison to a closed 3.5" XM-18

I like the way they angled the blade vs handle so you can keep your fingers in there while the blade stays flat.
