Everyone's latest acquisitions!

Just recieved a Kizer Towser, very impressive for the price, can't really fault it. Will see how well they do their 154cm, a Vg10 blade I have from them is holding up extremely well so hopefully the same with this one.

I've been spending more money on other hobbies lately, so knives have been on the back burner somewhat. However, recently I'd gotten both 50th Anniversary Buck 112 knives, and discovered that I REALLY liked what they brought to the table (I'd never had a 112 before). I loved the smaller blade shape with the chunky handle, however, the standard 112s have the same issue the 110s do,, in that they're boat anchors that are more meant to be carried on the belt. Thankfully there are "modernized" versions of that knife, so I naturally had to grab one. Have to say, I really like this knife. Deep carry pocket clip, S30v, aluminum bolsters to cut the weight...it's a win. My new Buck 112 Ranger Sport:

Nothing exotic, unless Taiwan is. I got a Demko AD20.5 in textured ti and like it. It’s not exactly perfect and it costs too much, but a nice knife IMO.

My haul for this week - can only show some of them right now. One of them, My Rockstead Higo II, came in last month and went right out for a custom pocket clip at APurvisBlades, and returned today.

I'll start off with my Carothers UF2 6" with D3V blade, and it feels like a micarta handle, with Ti hardware.

It's shown with my David Mary Custom Prevalito, and this is the first prototype, hand cut and shaped. It is basically the Prevail but shortened to a 3.5" spearpoint blade instead of a wharncliffe (in 62-63 rc Magnacut), and the purpleheart wood handle and tang was also shortened by an appropriate amount.

Urban EDC Micro Shrike pre-order with M390 blade, and Ti frame lock with gram EDIT er... Green micarta scale. I waited months for this one. The action is nice, but easier to reverse flick that to thumb flick open. Feels very light, and about the size of a Mini Griptilian.

Picked this up from the P.O. yesterday AM.

Very, very good at its job.
20230301_124152.jpg20230301_133314.jpg This is David Mary's Riverhawk. Used it all day on site and it performs admirably. This particular one was Riverhawk #11 at New River Knife works. Textured sure touch ( super nice on a knife for the job. ). I am already looking forward to using it today and many more days to come.

Edit: just went to grab it to get ready to roll and could not find it right off. ... It was already in my pocket. That is how easy carry it is.
