A couple more light-duty grabs, because I have no idea why. I’ve been wanting to check out a Petrified Fish, and this Twigshark checked a lot of (imaginary) boxes. It definitely lives up to the hype - great looking, excellent fit and finish, quick and smooth flipper action, overall an awesome knife for the price.
And then I had just seen a
Larrin
interview video, followed closely by somebody’s post about a magnacut Leek, so that’s how that fuse got lit. Also a sweet piece, typical Kershaw quality, though the pivot feels a little tight, as the blade doesn’t always want to fly all the way out. I’m sure that can be rectified easily enough. Got one more coming, a Petrified Fish Grow, and then I need to stop because I’ve run out of room to store the knife boxes.
Edit: Yep, a tiny tweak of the Leek’s pivot screw, and now it flips just loverlily.
