Everything okay with Alpha Knife Supply?

I e-mailed on March 22nd to place an order for some materials and haven't received a reply.

Chuck or Jessica usually respond in 24 hours and I haven't heard anything? Are they at a show or the servers are down?

Is everything ok? :confused:

Emails can get lost in spam or junk folder

I called, placed an order and it was in the mail next day.

Been a customer for the past 7 years, always excellent service from the Bybees, hope everything is alright.
 
I normally email my order just to make sure I don't screw up any part numbers or quantities, and then I'll call to finish payment and to verify they received the email. Depending on when all of this takes place, my order is usually in the mail by end of day or for sure by the next.
 
I just got an order from Jessica and Chuck. Sometimes my email goes to junk so just email then call. AKS is the best knife supplier in the business and their customer service is beyond great. I don't buy anything without first checking if they offer it.
 
Marcus - I did respond to both of your emails, but sounds like they didn't come through. I just sent another email from a different email address. I hope you receive it this time. Please let me know.

ordered some steel last week was at my door in 2 days. They are the best in the business. I wish other knife suppliers were that fast.

Many won't even have the parts in a box that quick.... much less to your mail box. Gotta love AKS!
 
Not trying to derail this thread. Would like to order from them but don't feel safe leaving credit card info(had problems somewhere else) Do they have a more secure payment method?
 
More secure than calling Chuck or Jessica and giving it to either of them verbally?
 
call them then they keep your card on file so I just email my orders and they charge card 2 days later STEEL!!!
 
Just found this thread, and was wondering if everyone was finally able to get a hold of someone at AKS? I've been trying to place an order now since April 5th, and am having no luck. 4 emails and three phone messages, and still no reply...

I placed order on 4/11 5pm. AKS.Jessica got back to me at 11:28PM. I'd asked to cut up - shorten - 2 bars to save shipping... Shipped 4/13 3:28PM
 
I just got an email from Chuck today. Check your spam email folder, it may be in there.
 
Nothing in my spam folder. Uhg. I ermailed Chuck on the 5th, 9th, 12th, and again today. I emailed Jessica on the 12th and today, also. Called and left messages last week and today. No response. So far...not very thrilled with my first AKS experience.
