The EWOK is one of the handiest knives ever designed in my never humble opinion. Here is the place to show them off.

Mine is my most used JK. I have a modified one with a butt sticking out. Hehehe. In my opinion, John's best knife and a signature knife.

A little EWOK trivia. The EWOK was actually a mistake, Horny Toad asked me to make a small knife for him. I sent him a picture of it, he wanted some changes, so I started it over. I kind of liked the "mistake", so I held a contest for a "Name The Knife." The winning name was EWOK (Essential Work and Outdoor Knife).
 
I`ll be posting two more tomorrow, then the last and final one in about a week.

Absolutely. The Essential part of the name is dead on. It is such a simple and handy design that everyone should have at least one.

well said mack, you know me, when i find something I really like I can't help but buy two (if i can afford it), unfortunately I'll likely only ever have one ewok since they are now gone for good, still this ones a pretty pretty consolation

Mack - I never did get one, I have a few other smaller JK's, but the EWOK is (was?) definitely a staple of John's lineup.

I now wish I had ordered one in snakewood. Maybe an Anniversary EDC.

WHAT? No EWOK in Snakewood. Oh, man. That should be a crime. I would have bet that you had one.
 
longer blade I'm guessing? both look nice. I still think protourists has the edge though :)

Mine has the advantage of the beautiful Oregon coast for a backdrop. That is a huge advantage.
 
i love how that handle has darkened mack. i will have to post pics of mine in the next couple days.
