A month ago I sent this exchange user Large 21 in, it had some tip damage, scratches, encased dirt, severe lock stick, lintpocalypse...

Great communication from CRK, easy to use online form. Did pay 8$+18$ for to and return shipping, but that's nothing for the absolute fantastic job they did...the knife feels like a broken in, new large 21.

Came back in a neat box, card, and towel. All around, the best restoration/SPA job I've seen, hands down. Wish I had a before shot!

Now, time to list this as LNIB muahaha 😈
Only joking lol, take care guys.

how do they reblast the handle without affecting the micarta? I understand the micarta inlays are glued in so they can't remove that right? nice spa job. it's been a decade and more since I've owned a CRK.

I also have been very happy with my experience with CRK Spa Treatment. Talked about it in this thread:

You can blast micarta and it's basically unfazed, a little oil and maybe some light 400g sanding if gouged and it looks brand new again. Stripped a few Busse fixed blades and have never been able to tell where the Micarta was blasted. Obviously the media and psi are going to matter but I was using aluminum oxide at 120psi.
