Hi, Guys...
I'm new to the forums but have enjoyed knives for many years.
Knives, like cars, come in many different styles and prices. Every once in a while, though, you come across something that is truly exceptional...it goes beyond a simple tool, surpasses expected function and is truly, simply breathtaking. I have been lucky enough to find a few.
The ZT 0560, the Spyderco Domino, Sage II and Chapparal, the LionSteel SR-2, the small Sebenza 21, the Benchmade 707, the Hinderer XM-18 3.5 Slicer, and of course, the small Sebenza 21 have all been knives that I believe are exceptional....clear standouts....awesomeness with a blade...
The build quality, materials, tolerances, feel, look, performance and function of these knives have all been beyond expectations. On that note...cannot say enough about the LionSteel.....man that knife is a hard-use work of art that fits in your pocket.
Wondering what you guys think and if you have any truly exceptional blades to add to my list? Price and size aren't really the concern...it's more of a "best in class" kind of knife question.
