9. You must wait 14 days (2 week rule) to relist an item for the second time. Once you list an item for sale, that item cannot appear for a second time in a sales thread until 2 weeks have passed from the date of the original thread. Any changes made to your existing sales thread (withdrawing, editing price, etc.) must be made to that thread, don't start new threads with the same items.
...
Bumping threads or "BTTT" in the sales sections has been disabled due to abuse. See #9 above for clarification.
I have waited the required 2 weeks and edited my sales thread to reflect price changes but it will not bump.

Rule 2.9 says I cannot start a new thread for price edits and the bold sentence says bumping has been disabled.

How do I bump my sales thread?

Start a new thread with the updated info.

2.9 is referring to starting a new thread (for price edits or other changes) within 2 weeks of the initial thread.

The way it is done is start a new thread(after 2 wks). There is no way to bump an old thread. You can use the same info as before or totally change it. It is a new thread. You should(IMO) reflect this in the old thread by changing the title to re-listed or something similar so you don't have 2 active threads going-not a big deal likely, but just some clean up.
