He is a real 20lb character, sometimes more like a dog than a cat :D
This time I was lucky that he didn't lay over the complete keyboard. :eek:

OK here is more than you may want to know....

The cat is a Main Coon. They are common in the US. The best thing about them is that they are big cats and they are very gentle. He has never scratched me, not even by accident, even if I’m playing with him with a short string and he misses the string and smacks my hand.

He is also a pretty good example of a show quality Main Coon, well he was a show cat. I got him from a breeder that showed him for a while and then had another kitten come along that was better, so they retired this guy and I got him when he was 11 months old. He gained a pound a month till he was 18 months old and then finally slowed down. They say he’ll grow for three years. He is also great with kids. When my girlfriend’s six year old son comes over the cat will hang around and play with him. So I’m happy with him.

However; truth is that the black cat in my avatar is the better pal; but he shreads people:eek: .
