I have 8 pieces of exhibition curly claro walnut....really this is as good as it gets. Bold, heavy curl and awesome color bands in every piece. This might be a nice alternative to koa?

These are natural blocks. They are hard and dense, many years dry and ready to use. This stuff will take an amazing oil finish. Big solid blocks, no visible defects.

Each block is at least 2" x 5" x 1 1/8"

Still 6 fantastic blocks here. Some of the curl is nice and tight and doesn't show as well in the pics but it's there. I think this is some of the nicest walnut I've ever had in hand.
 
Still got some of these really nice blocks. #'s 2, 4 and 7 are particularly stunning. It's hard in photos (for me at least) to really show how good this stuff is in person.

Anyone want to do 2 blocks for $60 shipped?
