Yes these are stabilized with MMA. I was going to offer them for sale @ 25% off through Christmas starting today. Mark, you had mentioned you were looking for Maidou. I have some scales and some blocks. There is some spalted Maidou also that looks antique and stabilized really well. I'll send some photos to you today.

Okay, what is MMA? Not familiar with that process.

It is the base ingredient of Acrylic stabilization. I am sorry for not clarifying it. It is not a fiberglass coating and is one of the best stabilizers for wood becase it coats the fibers and doesn't fill them up as a solid. Hope this helps you.
