Exo Tube XL Waterproof Capsule

This is a new size I am making. It is 2.5" longer than the exo tube. These make great cigar tubes or are great for larger survival kits. These have two removable caps on each end. I can fill one cap or both with glow powder, and even leave one of the holes with no glow powder so you can tie a lanyard to it and still have glow on both ends.
