Exotic Blade Steel

If you lurk around the custom knifemakers area for long enough you'll see some odd steels pop up. The one that seems to be grabbing my attention recently is 26C3. That made me wonder what other exotic steels custom makers are using that haven't made it down to production knives yet.

Here it is compared to common 1095 and 1095cv.

What is it that grabs your (and others) attention?

I've got a custom Gayle Bradley flipper with PSF27 that I've never seen on anything else.
Here's a couple.

I think Spyderco also made a psf27 mule.
