Expensive beads and what knives you attached them to?

I have quite a few Starlingear beads, a few Copperhead Metalworks, a Phase Objects, a few others.

All in all it actually amounts to a good chunk of change. Which is why it's even funnier (or more ridiculous) that I only occasionally put a bead on a knife. Some knives are better suited though, with the lanyard hole positioned so the bead ride away from the clip, kind of towards the outside seam on my jeans. Other knives have a lanyard hole where the bead seems to sit right on the pocket clip, which I hate.

My only lanyard bead came off of my wife's Navajo sterling necklace. So, the bead cost me a few hundred dollars and my wife got a beautiful necklace for free.

to me beads are cheaper then knives. I don't want to change knives so I change beads.

I have a Zieba Samurai bead made out of raw titanium. I attach it to whatever knife I'm carrying that has an appropriately sized lanyard hole. I paid $75 for it and it's likely the only bead I will ever purchase. Currently, it rides around on my Manix 2 XL most often as that's my work knife.

Although there are some higher end ones, most of the ones that would appeal to an average person are on etsy. Just search lanyard bead or paracord lanyard bead.

Not really expensive, but these are nicely made in fine detail by Olamic and the only beads I’ve purchased. They’re attached to my son’s school backpack. Perfect for the Halloween season.

On topic answer, I have some fairly expensive beads, but they tend to sit in my knife chest as I don't really have many knives I'd want a bead on.

I don't think the OP will have any success in getting those who would spend $450 on a bead to post pics here only to set themselves up for ridicule . most of the remarks so far are people just stating they would never waste the money on them .

If I had one I certainly wouldn't post a pic here just to have some douchebag rain on my parade

Agreed. We already have a $800 Knuck-thingy and other overpriced thingys thread for that in W&C.

If my passion was collecting $450+ beads, the people that would be aware of said passion would be very slim.
