Experience with a rusnok milling machine?

A friend of mine has a Rusnok milling machine for sale. It is basically a miniature version of a bridegport. My only concern is that it has round columns.
Anyone have any experiences with these? Here is a link to one for sale. The one I am looking at is priced lower.

I wouldn't be worried about the round columns, it will be plenty secure. What I would be thinking of is the small travel in both x and y travels. Believe me you will start using it and in time you will run into more and more situations where you wished you had more travel...........just a thought from experience.........

I already have a larger milling machine, I just think that it would end up being a really expensive drill press.

Hey Chuck, did you ever get this?
I have a Rusnok head I was going to build a machine around, looks like a very solid piece, if I had the appropriate cash at hand I would jump on one of these (I would check to see if it had been converted to single phase, mine is 3 phase, not a stopper, but if I ever finish the build I will have to swap motors)
