Experience with Blowout Knives???

Has anyone had any experience with this distributor?? I placed an order with them on the 12th for a Sharpmaker. I e-mailed them to get a approx delivery date. They have not responded as of yet. Am I asking to much? Or am I just used to dealing with operations like Ourhouse and Amazon where CS is great!

I've dealt with Blowoutknives a couple of times and found their service very satisfactory. Their prices are usually very good.

I agree, good prices. One of three knives I bought there at different times needed to go back to manufacturer for adjustment. Blade was way off center. Otherwise no problems.

the prices were tops but the didn't answer me by email or phone soi didn't trust them

Thank you for all your replies. I just got in contact with Richard at Blowout Knives and he said that deliveries have been delayed due to family problems. He was apologetic and nice. Said my order went out on the 21st and I should get it by Sat or Monday. I will let you know how it turns out.
