experience with ECWCS Micro Fleece Liner

Hi,

I've just discovered online these ECWCS Micro Fleece Liners. They appear to be a deal on lightweight poly fleece jackets--$20 new. Does anyone have any experience with them? Are they any good--ie: what is the fit and finish? Are they relatively warm?
