expirimenting with my latest knife. It started as a convex grind edge. It was very sharp but not a good slicer. Now Ive made it a sabre grind or maybe you would call it a flat grind that I got tired of grinding so I stopped half way
It is a better slicer now.It has a 30degree inclusive edge.I may grind it full flat but before I do I may convex the edge first to see if I can tell a difference in performance as a sort of scandi convex. If I mess up the knife It wont hurt too much as it is all a learning process
