I forged the profile on this one from 5/16 5160 flat stock. After cleaning it up it now measures just a little under 1/4 inch. It was normalized twice after forging and annealed prior to heat treat. The flats were ground in, I'm learning as I go with the hammer. Hardened at 1525 with a full quench in Parks 50. Tempered for three 2 hour cycles at 400 degrees.
Steel- 5160
AOL- 10 inches
Blade- 5 1/8 inches to scales, scary sharp!!
Scales- Black/Gray G10
Tubes- 1/4 inch brass
Kydex sheath with large tek-loc for multi carry positions
