Does Ebony that is so dark/dense you cannot see the wood grain count as or considered "exquisit"?

They're natural as they're not man made/artificials like delrin, micarta, acrylics, cell etc.

If you think something's exquisite, then it is Think meals, one man's meat another man's poison etc all subjective but how CAN people eat liver?

If you mix it with pork shoulder, rice, scallions, parsley and cayenne, you have Cajun boudin, and I can dang sure eat that!

how CAN people eat liver?

One bite atta time ... wrapped in bacon and/or fried with sweet red onion helps .... except fowl liver. Fowl liver ain't meant for human consumption. Only good for catfish & bullhead bait. Alhough sometimes yummy snapper turtle and bass/walleye will eat a hook with fowl liver on it, too.
