This is not a new knife to the market, but I decided to add one to an order from A.G. about six months ago. My wife and I disagree on what makes a good kitchen paring knife, and I was looking for something that would stay sharp and work better than her serrated knifes. The Woodswalker looking promising.
For less than $10, I couldn't see how I could loss. Well, I wouldn't have disappointed at twice the price. This has turned into my favorite kitchen kinfe. I use it for all manner of small tasks. It is sharp
, and stays that way. A quick steeling brings to edge right back. The handle is just the right shape (we both have small hands) and the blade shape is very versital. Since it keeps ending up in the counter top drainer, even my wife must like it.
Anyway, not a review of a fancy collector knife, but certianly one of my more practical investments.
Happy New Years to everyone.
