I've got 6 nice blocks of Macassar Ebony for sale. Macassar Ebony is, in my opinion, the best variety of ebony for knife handles. It is dense, hard and stabile. Very durable. These are extra wide, nice solid blocks. No checks splits or cracks visible. Natural blocks...not stabilized. These blocks have beautiful color bands and marble figure.

Blocks measure 3 1/8" wide x 5 1/8" long x 15/16" thick. Each block would easily make two sets of scales for all but the biggest full tang knives.

Also, I've got one remaining extra large piece of high quality African Blackwood. This is nice and solid with straight grain and even dark brown color. As good as it gets.
