Extravaganza...What'd you go for??

TW1112 - I went for the Mag handles. It feels GRREEEAAT! This one will be my new camp-user!
 
Went for a Battle Rat and a Rat Shaker. I own two Busse's already and maybe now I'll own two Rat's.
 
Paddling_man - That's great to hear you like it! Definitely the regular one is the best knife that i've held. Haven't tried mag handles yet and don't know if I can afford to hold one seeing as how the regular ones are already putting me in the poor house.

Considering the Hogtags are good for shop credit, and you are paying the shop for the extravaganzaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa knives, I can guarantee they will let you use the tag for your purchase. (assuming you actually got something;) )

Of course, "asking Amy" is a fine plan too- any excuse to talk to her. ;) :cool:
 
I was thinking the same thing, but I had to ask..

If I do manage to snag something, maybe I'll ask Amy if she'll add a couple of zeros on the end of it... lol! :D

I was extremely tempted by a Leaner Street or two as well, but I really can't force the missus into walking the streets ;-P And I've long felt I need to own a SAR at one point before I die. It would be the perfect mate for my BR. So I went for that instead. I haven't really taken the step from rat to bacon yet. I know I will though.

So when will we know if we scored?

Damn, I had to send my email from a Treo700, lost the first email cause the screen's so small, redid it and got in well over an hour late... But Amy called this morning to let me know that I was the only one to request the Conan-Spec FBM with the Green/Tan slabs signed by Gov. Swartznegger, so it's mine!!! Nearly 3/8" they say... Woohoo!!!

I tried but was on ambulance call till late....oh well..it was fun and exciting and NEXT time I will be sure to trade shifts so as not be at work.... congradulations to all the succesful buyers some wickedly wonderful steel bought.

Actually, if I get a SAR, any SAR, I'll be happy as a pig in slop. I think I put in for everything except the main battle blades, but I got my email in so late I'll be lucke to get a rat shaker or rat tail... I hope my friends know how important they are to be missing an extravaganzaa for!!!
