Just received my first Extrema Ratio today, a MPC folder.
Posted a reply in two threads in other sub-Forums here, one an "initial impression" and another as a word of thanks for the fellow enthusiast who finally pushed me over the edge to buy one of these fine knives.
Not 10 minutes later, I got an e-mail in my inbox from Frank Miller of ER USA, with a personalized "welcome to the family" note.
I've never been so welcomed as an "average Joe" consumer/collector/enthusiast by a production make, no matter how high-end. This has only happened to me with custom makers.
Awesome knives, high promises of great service -- I think I'm going to be in this family for a while.
