I have been tryin' to get replacement screws for my MPC handle/glass-breaker for QUITE sometime now, and out of NECCESITY(don't ask 
), I emailed them directly. Maurizio Castrati of Extrema Ratio replied to me VERY PROMPTLY, CLEARLY, and COURTEOUSLY; sent me 4 screws all the way from Italy- FREE of CHARGE! I have never had a package from Europe, so it's pretty neat-o to me. My confidence in ER wavered quite a bit due to certain semi-recent events and some past dealings with ER USA, but everything is cool, GO CIPPO!, and my MPC is in no danger of bein' left to gather dust at home. I was wrong to form an opinion of them without actually talking/interacting with them directly.
