I just wanted to post my experience with Extreme Outfitters and Steve.

I was looking for an Emerson SOCFK and my search led me to Extreme Outfitters. I sent them an email (not really expecting a reply) and to my surprise Steve emails me back about an hour later saying that he thinks he has the knife I was interested in, but that I should call the store to verify.
So the next morning (Saturday) I call and the man there says he didn't think they had that particular model, but that he would be glad to check stock (actual customer service? how refreshing). He says he's sorry but that they didn't have one and that I should call back as they're always getting more in. No problem.
I email Steve to let him know what happens and to thank him. He emails back and says that he DOES have one and apologizes for the confusion. I say thank you very much and place my order online. He emails me YET AGAIN to say thanks for the order and that they'll ship it out Monday morning first thing! And all this is on a SATURDAY. Free ground shipping on orders over $99.00 on top of everything, too.
In case you can't tell at this point, I was just thrilled with the whole Extreme Outfitters experience and found their service the best of any online retailer I've ever encountered. Thanks Steve and I hope to be ordering again from you soon.
