Exuse me for just a second...

Well, my daughter graduated from Georgia and my son from Alabama. All I can do is put on a red shirt and cheer for every play. . .

Drue

My college roommate (at Alabama) married a girl who went to Georgia. They're having a baby in December.

He tried to bet her that if Alabama won, he wouldn't have to change a diaper for the first year.

She was having none of that. :p

I's the Auburn Tigers.

War Eagle is a battle cry, supposedly based on an Eagle brought to Auburn by student who as a Civil War soldier found it injured on a battlefield. It escaped his grasp and flew around the field during an early Auburn/Georgia game, and the students started shouting, War Eagle!

The Alabama red elephant was named after the logo of a Birimingham luggage retailer, Rosenburger's Alabama Trunk, on a suitcase.
