I want to upgrade my shop glasses to something better. I need to put prescripton lenses in. When I worked in a welding shop years ago I had some that had very good sheilds on the side and top. Any Ideas where I can get a good pair of safety glasses with shields that I can have prescription lenses installed. The newer safety glasses are too rounded for my lense.

Most eyeglass places now offer lences and frames that are rated for safety and some have the ability to accept slide on side sheilds. I canget you a couple sets of side sheilds. Jim

I would recommend a full face shield. That way you can still wear glasses. Also if you get one with a respirator in it you can kill 2 birds one stone.
