• Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! I hope that you all have something to be grateful for this year and for many years to come
  • America has reached 250 years, and I am grateful to be here, in the best country in the world. Thank every one of you who helps make this country a better place, those who have gone before and risked it all, and those who've paid the ultimate price to make the United States what we are today.

Happy Birthday America! Let Freedom Ring for all time!

EZedge has anyone used one of these?

That's a cool device. I think I would drill some stop pin holes along the edges of the top radius so I would have better grinding control without fighting the drag of the belt against the metal.

look at Wayne Goddards $50 knife shop book. He essentially does the same thing with a block of wood (or micarta) attached to a platen. Same thing could be done with the flat sander mentioned. Might save your self some money....

Thanks for the idea! I was thinking of picking up that book but I've heard good and bad things about it. The EZedge costs only $16.95 so it's really not that much money I'd just need to get the belt sander also.
