How do you like the Roselli axe? I've long thought the shape would be near perfect.I got it when they came out in 2012......Just got my tax return so even though it was $570. back then I said The HELL with it....
I delete pics often so I'm lucky to find this from right after I got it and the Roselli axe.....Crap pic sorry

Looks beautiful and drop dead gorgeous. Big congrats.Well well well, I’ve gotten myself another Fallkniven. This time I purchased a TK2 after I was able to use a 15% off coupon at [a non-BF member dealer] (made the knife $195 shipped). I realize this is not a very popular blade, and I also realize I am one of the few that seems to truly love 3G steel, so I had to have this knife.
This is a slicey blade. It is very light in the hand. The handle and its texture very much reminds me of my MB10. The fit and finish is done very well on this knife and the edge came very sharp with no noticeable micro chips. I still gave it a nice sharpening and strop job to suit my preferences (I never trust factory edges to last). The blade is the same thickness as my HK9 but has a much steeper taper to the tip. I am not lying when I say this is the most nimble fallkniven I’ve ever handled.
It came with the standard F1 zytel sheath which is my preference. It fits in the sheath well and only has minor rattling (less than the F1 and HK9 in same sheaths). I will of course continue to update this review with actual use and make sure to update it over the course of the years of my ownership (as I’ve done my other reviews).
Here’s some shots quick:

I love.it.......But it is quirky, .Next to impossible to. Stick it in ANYTHING its such an obtuse wedge...Carves surprisingly well..... There are some beautiful ones on Ragweed Forge.com. Elm handles....How do you like the Roselli axe? I've long thought the shape would be near perfect.
How long is deer season?? Where are you located...??? Not.necessary if you don't want to..Yeaaaahhhh buddy. The boy and I both got bucks right away. Then I took my brother-in-law out and he got his first deer ever, a nice little buck. The TK1 stayed in the drawer at home, looking pretty.
