F*ck the Black Power Salutes during the National Anthem before NFL games

I am(was) a Redskins fan, but today 4 of the Redskins players did a 'Black Power Salute' during the National Anthem. I no longer support the Redskins and i am unsure if i will support the NFL any longer. These Social Justice Warriors are ruining this country and i am sick and tired of it.
 
I guess the mods will chime in sooner or later, but just a heads-up OP--usually these types of posts go in the political forum, and are restricted to Gold members and above. Not saying you're wrong/ right, but the Busse sub-forum might not be the right place for this. I've seen infractions given out for less.

meh, i just wanted to make a comment on this blog. you guys seem like good America loving folks so i thought this thread would be appropriate. i did have a few beers this afternoon tho, so my judgement could be off heheh :)
 
I will chime in-I am retired Military and though I may disagree how certain people go about protesting perceived or real injustices it is in fact (Their right) to do as long as violence is not involved and the rights of others are not infringed upon-Whether you agree or disagree is not the point, this is what make's America the Country it is! This excuse about to much alcohol or they should do a White Power Salute is nothing more than somebody wanting to sir up the pot !!!
 
Yes. The right to protest is not the question. This will surely pass - as all poor choices will.
 
I misread the title, I thought it said "Black Powder Salute"...I thought it was like Revolutionary War Minutemen firing their muskets...moving along

The NFL should not let these fools disrespect our National Anthem. The First Amendment right doesn't include private organizations. There are plenty of things you can say that will get you fired at your job. Also the BLM is way off base in general
 
While I disagree with the overall concept of using the national anthem to protest, the right to protest is what makes this country what it is, it's also what lets people disagree with the protesters. Similar to flag burning, I think it's horrid but others do have the right to do it, even if it does make me want to meet them in a dark alley.

I have never really watched the NFL, but I wish I had so I could boycott it indefinitely now. I will never give a single dime of my money to any of the major professional sports in the U.S. Too many spoiled, entitled divas for my taste.
 
I'm for all of it: Black Power salutes, not standing for the National Anthem, and Black Lives Matter protests across the nation. Opposing this movement is unAmerican.

You say that the NFL should not allow their players to have a voice, yet you come here to Bladeforums and the Busse Forum to voice your opinion.

Sounds pretty hypocritical to me...
 
BRM= Black Rifles Matter.....suits me better.
When I first see BLM here I think of some kind of Mistress.
