Up for grabs this Weekend is a very early Terry Guinn Custom Balisong. This balisong is #004 out of about 25 total customs made so far by Terry. It has skeletonized stainless steel handles in the sandwich construction with adjustable pivots, dual tang pins, and removable smooth steel counterweights, giving the end of the handles a real finished latchless look. The cutting edge on the blade is about 3.5 inches long and made from ATS-34, hollow ground to a razor sharp, very useful utility profile, then polished to a mirror finish. Etched on the back side of the blade is "ATS-34" over "2002" over "004". etched on the front is Terrys name, logo, and location. This knife was featured by Chuck Gollnick on his website along with a few other of Terry's balisong's. This balisong has been very carefully opened and closed only a few times, and shows little to no wear what-so-ever, and has never cut a thing. To sweeten this deal, Terry's #004 balisong is complimented with a custom fit one-of-a-kind quick draw black leather G2 shaeth made by our very own Gary Grailey. (really a nice touch). If you have had the chance to handle Mr. Guinns bali's, then you know they really don't get much better than this, and if you were to give him a call and place your own custom order today, the wait would be over five years at this point.
